Mimi Singh is the Associate General Counsel and Director of eDiscovery for Evolver Legal Services. In this capacity she provides full-service discovery life cycle consulting and project management relating to identifying, preserving, processing, reviewing, and producing in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
She has experience in a variety of matters including product liability litigation and white collar investigations, as well as antitrust matters, qui tam whistle blower actions, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to Evolver, Mimi worked for corporations and law firms including Pepper Hamilton and Dechert, where for over a decade she delivered eDiscovery strategic design and implementation counseling support through all stages of the EDRM.
Mimi holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, New York, NY; a J.D. from Stanford University School of Law, Palo Alto, CA; and a B.A. from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
