Evolver Litigation Services Team Grows with EDRM Project Manager

Evolver welcomes Terry Lundy, an experienced litigation services professional, to the Project Management team of the Legal Services division of Evolver.

As the Associate Director, eDiscovery Consulting, Terry will provide support, counsel and litigation services to Evolver’s diverse clientele on all stages of the EDRM life cycle.

When asked why Terry chose to join Evolver, he replied, “Evolver is unique. They are technology first. The other providers I considered joining simply didn’t have the level of technical expertise. From the power of the software development team, to the IT staff being able to spin up servers in minutes, to the project management staff with their command of analytics and other eDiscovery software, overall Evolver is a very impressive team.”

Prior to Evolver, for over two decades Terry has been working in the eDiscovery space for law firms, service providers, and his own eDiscovery consultancy, in various cities in the United States and London. He has served as a Case Manager supporting mass tort claims for Xerox and Epiq Systems supporting GM and VW litigation. As an eDiscovery Project Manager, he was the team leader responsible for data intensive review projects utilizing a managed services environment.

Throughout his career, he has leveraged his experience with Relativity Analytics to add efficiency and value to the review process. Also, he has extensive hands-on document processing and production management experience responding to multi-jurisdiction and multi-agency production requests.

As the owner of his own consultancy, he served as a third party eDiscovery and litigation support specialist to many A/V rated law firms including Morris Law Group, Kemp Jones and Coulthard, and Morris Sullivan and Lemkul, Sidley Austin, and Ballard Spahr.

Terry has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a kCura Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and is in progress of obtaining kCura Relativity Master Certification and EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).
