Evolver To Present at NACD Panel On Managing Cyber Risk
Evolver’s Chip Block will join a panel discussing how corporate boards and the C-Suite can work together to make cyber risk a priority topic.
The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is hosting a 2018 Speakers’ Program panel in North Carolina’s Research Triangle tackling the growing need for corporate leadership to formulate or update their cyber risk strategy. Evolver Vice President Chip Block will join the panel speaking May 15 at the Sheraton Imperial in Durham.
The NACD helps board leaders navigate business challenges and shareholder value. The May 15 panel, “Cybersecurity: Why Board and C-Suite Alignment is Critical to Managing Cyber Risk,” will focus on “the impact that a security breach can have on an enterprise and how leadership can work together to manage cyber threats.” Chip will be joined by representatives from Cisco Systems, the Privacy and Cybersecurity Team of Womble Bond Dickinson, and the deputy General Counsel of Hanesbrands Inc.
