Diversity and inclusion initiatives
Evolver recognizes, respects, and values differences. We are committed to creating a working environment free of discrimination, in which each employee is treated fairly and respectfully, and feels a sense of belonging. Evolver expands diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a culture of understanding and awareness about the ways our differences add value to our workplace and those of our clients.
At Evolver, we are not just committed to giving our customers the best experience possible, we are dedicated to making the world we live in a better place every day. Evolver strives to make positive impacts in the communities in which we live and work through philanthropic and volunteerism activities, and charitable donations throughout the year.
We support several charitable organizations, local and national, to include a local non-profit near our headquarters, Cornerstones, where we support their goal to help families and children living in crisis rebuild their lives. We help through food drives for their pantry, toiletry and school supply drives, clothing donations, and bagged lunches, among other efforts. We also encourage and support our staff in engaging in other causes near and dear to them.
Professional Growth and Development
Evolver encourages and values our employees continuing professional development. Growth happens naturally through on-the-job training, but purposeful transformation occurs by expanding knowledge, skills and abilities beyond daily responsibilities. Through Evolver’s Education, Training, and Professional Development Program, we support our employees by providing time off and paying for training, certifications and continuing college educational programs.
