Evolver Welcomes Sarah Fox as Senior Director of Business Development, Department of War 

Evolver is pleased to announce that Sarah Fox has joined the company as Senior Director of Business Development, Department of War. 

Sarah brings more than 20 years of federal business development and sales leadership experience supporting the Department of War, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing business development and capture teams, developed multi-billion-dollar pipelines, and closed more than $200 million in federal IT contracts across cybersecurity, digital modernization, data, enterprise IT, and professional services. 

Prior to joining Evolver, Sarah served as Vice President of Business Development at ITC Federal, where she led growth strategy and capture efforts across the Department of War, DOJ, and DHS while managing a pipeline exceeding $4 billion. Earlier, she led the federal business development organization at S2 Analytical Solutions, where she built a $7 billion pipeline and helped secure more than $200 million in federal IT awards. Her experience also includes roles at CyberArk, IDEMIA National Security Solutions, and AT&T, where she consistently delivered strong growth and cultivated enduring customer relationships. 

In her role at Evolver, Sarah will lead business development efforts across the Department of War, focusing on expanding the company’s presence, strengthening pipeline development, executing full lifecycle capture, and partnering closely with operations to deliver mission impact.
