Eva Markowitz

Chief HR & Compliance Officer

Eva Markowitz is Evolver’s Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer, with extensive experience leading global HR strategy within technology and professional services organizations. As a strategic business partner to executive leadership and boards of directors, she designs and implements human capital programs that align talent, culture, and organizational performance with corporate growth objectives. Eva brings deep expertise in organizational development, executive compensation, employee relations, recruiting, change management, and global workforce strategy, with a focus on building high engagement cultures that attract and retain top talent.

Before Evolver, Eva served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cyren, a global provider of cloud based security solutions, where she led HR operations across multiple international offices during a period of product and market transformation. She previously served as Human Resources Director at Analysis Research Planning Corporation and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Thomas & Herbert Consulting, establishing and modernizing HR functions to support growth, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she rebuilt HR operations at SteelCloud and held HR leadership and consulting roles supporting both public and private sector organizations.

Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland, College Park and an advanced certification in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional and is committed to advancing HR as a strategic driver of business success.
