Gregory Garrett

Gregory (Gregg) A. Garrett is Chief Operating Officer of Evolver, where he leads enterprise operations, innovation strategy, and advanced technology integration across digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, artificial intelligence, software development, eDiscovery, and electronic security solutions. With decades of executive leadership experience, Gregg is recognized for driving large scale operational performance, advancing cybersecurity strategy, and delivering mission critical solutions for federal agencies and Fortune 500 organizations.

Over the course of his career, Gregg has led the P&L of more than $40 billion in global information technology, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and professional services programs. He has served as President and General Manager of three IT and cyber companies and as Chief Operating Officer of two mid sized technology organizations. He previously served as Global Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Global Cybersecurity at BDO International, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Lucent Technologies, and Corporate Vice President of Cybersecurity at Peraton.

He currently serves on the advisory board of the Cybersecurity Resilience Center at George Mason University and has acted as an expert witness in more than 20 legal cases nationwide. A retired U.S. Air Force officer with more than 20 years of active and reserve service, Gregg earned 17 medals and badges for distinguished military service.

Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and engineering physics from Miami University, a Master of Science in systems engineering management from University of Southern California, master certifications in government contract management and project management from The George Washington University, and completed executive education in advanced program management at Stanford University.
