Jesús Jackson

Jesús Jackson, Vice President of Growth Solutions, brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology strategy, product innovation, and solution engineering across the federal marketplace. He works across Evolver’s business units to advance technical thought leadership, develop differentiated solutions, and strengthen the company’s capture, proposal, and growth efforts. Recognized for translating emerging technologies into mission-focused capabilities, Jesús has built enterprise AI platforms, modern DevSecOps frameworks, and cloud-native solutions that help organizations accelerate innovation while improving security, scalability, and operational performance.

Prior to joining Evolver, Jesús served as Chief Technology Officer at Infotrend, Inc., where he led the company’s technical strategy and the development of enterprise AI and DevSecOps platforms supporting federal agencies. He directed technical solutioning for competitive proposals, guided cloud and artificial intelligence initiatives, and helped drive significant business growth through innovative, reusable capabilities. Previously, he held executive technology leadership roles as Chief Technology Officer at Ardent and Vice President of Engineering at CollabraLink Technologies, where he built high-performing engineering organizations, launched innovation centers, developed proprietary frameworks and platforms, and contributed to successful mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he led EGT Labs at EGlobalTech, pioneering open-source solutions in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and secure software development.

Throughout his career, Jesús has been responsible for technical solutioning supporting more than $500 million in contract awards, built and led engineering organizations of more than 200 professionals, and authored thought leadership on artificial intelligence, cloud engineering, DevSecOps, and modern software development. He is known for combining deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to help organizations deliver transformative solutions that create lasting customer value.
