Mike Santelli

CEO

Mike Santelli is Chief Executive Officer of Evolver and a member of its Board of Directors. He brings more than 30 years of transformational business leadership, operational expertise, and financial management experience within the government contracting sector. Mike has built a strong record of value creation by aligning strategy, execution, and culture to drive profitable growth, operational discipline, and mission focused performance. Known for his servant leadership philosophy, he builds high performing teams that deliver measurable results for customers, employees, and stakeholders. 

Throughout his career, Mike has served as a strategic advisor and C level executive partner to private equity backed companies supporting some of the nation’s most mission critical federal agencies, including the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Health agencies (NIH, CMS) and the Department of Justice. He has led organizational restructurings for long term growth, implemented operational processes to improve performance and margin, and strengthened business development and growth capabilities to expand market presence and enterprise value.

In past endeavors, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at System High Corporation, a private equity backed provider of global protection, counterintelligence, and security engineering services. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation, where he led substantial revenue growth, margin expansion, and cultural transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mike spent 12 years with USIS in senior leadership roles supporting intelligence, defense, and federal civilian markets, and began his professional career in the Business Assurance Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
