Nidhi Panchasara, Vice President of Cybersecurity and Information Technology at Evolver, is a dynamic federal technology leader with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation across defense and civilian sectors. Known for blending strategic vision with operational excellence, she leads high-performing teams that deliver secure, innovative, and scalable solutions aligned to mission success.

A results-driven executive with 18 years of P&L accountability, Nidhi excels at connecting client priorities with measurable outcomes—whether modernizing cybersecurity operations, advancing cloud and AI adoption, or improving enterprise resilience. Her leadership focuses on partnership, transparency, and performance—empowering agencies to operate confidently in an evolving cyber landscape. Before joining Evolver, Nidhi served as Client Executive for the Department of Homeland Security at NTT DATA Services, where she led the full DHS portfolio encompassing delivery, supplier performance, and strategic growth. Her career also includes leading a $135M Data and Mission IT Division at Huntington Ingalls Industries, supporting the U.S. Army, Coast Guard, Air Force, DISA, and DHS. Earlier in her journey, she guided enterprise programs at TurningPoint Global Solutions and Computer Sciences Corporation, spearheading global teams in network management and cybersecurity innovation.

Nidhi began her career as a software engineer with AT&T and Unisys, grounding her leadership in deep technical knowledge and a passion for solving complex challenges. She holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Technology from Virginia Tech, as well as PMP and SAFe for Government Practitioner certifications. Beyond her executive role, she is an active mentor, board advisor, and advocate for professional development in the cybersecurity and government technology communities.
