Ryan Haylock

As Chief Information Officer, Ryan Haylock is responsible for Evolver’s enterprise IT and Cybersecurity strategy. He has a career history of leading internal digital transformation initiatives and aligning technology capabilities with organizational strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. At Evolver, he develops multi-year strategic roadmaps that integrate advanced technology, strengthen cybersecurity, and ensure compliance.

Ryan’s digital transformation work includes developing strategies for the responsible application of artificial intelligence. In partnership with business stakeholders, he implements these strategies to modernize systems, automate functions, convert data into actionable intelligence, and serve as a force multiplier for employees. This strategic approach enhances data-driven governance and overall mission readiness, enabling Evolver to better achieve its objectives and deliver measurable results for its clients.

His background includes executive leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw enterprise-wide platform standardizations, led and supported merger and acquisition activities, and led significant operational turnarounds. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt and hands-on technologist, Ryan is committed to continuous improvement and building data-informed organizations. He holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Information Technology from Duquesne University.
