The United States Small Business Administration (SBA) formally approves the 8(a) joint venture, Ideation Solutions JV, LLC, between Key Concepts, Knowledgebase LLC and Evolver, Inc.
Key Concepts, a SBA certified 8(a) disadvantaged small business, and Evolver, a large technology firm, have been working together on numerous contracts since 2015 as part of the SBA Mentor-Protégé program. This program enables small businesses such as Key Concepts to be mentored by larger companies like Evolver.
Ideation Solutions is a qualified vendor for federal agencies as evidenced by the joint venture approval from SBA. Additionally, for federal agencies looking to do business with an 8(a) company, the financial and performance risks are largely mitigated because of the partnership with a larger, more established company. Federal agencies have already benefited greatly from the combined technical strengths and experience of these two companies.
