Reston, VA. Evolver has been awarded a 7-year contract from the US Social Security Administration (SSA) to provide Help Desk Initiatives Support Services to the Office of Systems. Under this contract, Evolver will be responsible for providing operational and management support to 3 key service functions at the agency: The SSA Technology Assistance Center, a computer help desk facility supporting over 63,000 SSA personnel nationwide with IT support in the use of desktop and notebook software.
The Enterprise Software Engineering Facility, which supports over 3500 users within SSA who are dedicated to testing, validating and maintaining SSA’s program and administrative application software systems; and the Web Engineering Support Services center, which is responsible for supporting SSA users in the design and development of web applications and solutions. In addition, Evolver will also provide direct technical support to the Office of the Commissioner, as well as other SSA executive level offices located in the Washington DC and Baltimore MD area.
